Cornelia de Lange Syndrome in Identical Twin

Abstract

|
|
We have experienced Cornelia de Lange syndrome in indentical twin and we present a brief review of literatures. They showed typical clinical features of a microbrachycephaly, fluent eyebrows, long curly eyelashes, hirsuitism, low pitched cry, severe retardation of growth and development, and various skeletal abnormalities. The-diagnosis was established by clinical, laboratory and radiological findings. We believe that the present cases arA the first reports of this syndrome in identical twin in Korea.
